Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was the first time I ever had my eyebrows micro bladed and I am so happy I did! She was really intentional to listen and get them exactly how I wanted them to look. The price is amazing compared to other places and the results are exceptional. If you are considering, I highly recommend!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had the most horrific experience at this place. Anyone who is thinking about going there, I would suggest please do your research and do not fall for all the positive reviews. Five weeks earlier i went to this place to get my eyebrows micro bladed. The women name Rupa, super unprofessional, she never asked me what i wanted and what my concerns were. She over plucked my eyebrows. she never mapped them out and after she was done my eyebrows were not only too thin the were uneven too. When i told her my concerns she said no they are completely fine and if I’m not happy come back after 5 weeks. I had to live with those horrible eyebrows for 5 weeks and today when i went back the only things I wanted her to do was to fix them. Today when i entered at elegant brows she looked at me and said “so you left a review that you are not happy” she asked me a question but she did not let me finish instead she made me feel bad that I should not say anything because she has another customer in the shop. My question is why would you ask me a question if you don’t want me to answer, anyways i stayed quiet while she kept on and on about how it was all my fault and not hers. I said to her well it’s my words against yours so let’s just drop this, I’m here so you can fix my eyebrows. She was not willing to let go because apparently her only concern was my negative review. I told her thank you so much but I don’t need your service because you don’t know a single thing about customer service! Critical: ProfessionalismI saw a deal on Groupon for Eyebrow threading and decided to give it a try. When I went I had just gotten my eyebrows laminated. So they were thick, fluffy, etc. I showed her a PICTURE of what I was going for. Something not too hard to reach, I just needed a shape up and she completely thinned them out. I saw a previous comment talking about how they treat you cheaply if you purchase their Groupon deal and I cannot agree more. I saw a deal on Groupon for Eyebrow threading and decided to give it a try. When I went I had just gotten my eyebrows laminated. So they were thick, fluffy, etc. I showed her a PICTURE of what I was going for. Something not too hard to reach, I just needed a shape up and she completely thinned them out. Professional communication and understanding I got my eyebrows done and they came our great I definitely recommend you to go to Elegant brows beacuse they are very good and the place is new clean…and very relaxing.
