I have been going to Elegant brows for 3 years now. For context: I have very dark thick Hispanic eyebrows. My first time ever trying threading was with the amazing women that work there. I loved my experience and continue to go back. They work very quickly and I always leave feeling beautiful. I’ve never left regretting getting them done there. If you aren’t sure about trying their services, you definitely should. I love them!

I don’t understand why they have a business if they don’t want to be there. Sabina is rude and has an attitude when you ask her a question. It’s like you’re bothering her. She says she’s one of the owners but if you don’t like people or giving service then shut down your business and do something else because clearly this isn’t for you. She’s a great threader, eyebrow artist but her attitude makes you not want to go back.

Declined doing it on 4 different days of the week and they were the days she herself had suggested. I have been a couple of times for eyebrow threading, but today was an incredible experience. The person who did my eyebrows did an amazing job, had great customer service, and gave me a mini massage while applying the aloe to my eyebrows! It was honestly the best threading experience I’ve ever had. This is officially my eyebrow go-to place now!

First thing when you walk in, it smelt awful. Like there was a sewage leak somewhere.. Then the women who did my eyebrows seemed like she was more interested in her drama over the phone than a customer. Which I understand it’s not some luxury salon, but kind of felt unprofessional. She was very nice, however she did not listen to anything I said. She was quite rough with my head and I asked her to keep my brows thick and not to cut them.. She proceeded to do the complete opposite. Her hands were all over my face and we she was done, I’m pretty sure she wiped my eyebrows off with hand sanitizer instead of witch hazel or something similar (which she wiped all around and in my eyes?!). I get my brows done regularly and have a lady I like to go to closer to home, so I know there is a better experience elsewhere. Unfortunately I will not return.

I was skeptical of the almost perfect 5-star review here but I was not disappointed. I walked-in and they accommodated me right away. Fast and practically painless for an amazing price. I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and I love it. I am a little red because of how crazy sensitive my skin is but it really was the best eyebrow threading Ive had done.

This was my first time ever getting my browse or lip threaded and I feel like it looks better than ever before. She did such an amazing job. I also got my brows to tinted for the first time and I was surprised at the darkness at first, but it’s been half a day and I LOVE it now. (I did wash my face and some of the tint from my skin was removed.) I will be coming here from now on. I’m very happy with her work.
