I had an appt set and was given a price. When I arrived I was told after waiting that the lady that was supposed to cut my hair forgot and had already left for the day. I was walking out the door when the only one that was there said she would do it so I stayed. In the middle of cutting my hair she had to leave to pick up her child so she stuck me under the dryer while she was gone. I was very understanding and patient about that. When I went to pay the charge was for $10 more than I had been quoted. I asked why and was told it was because she was the owner. Firstly, my appt was not with her. It was not my fault that the other person forgot about me. Second, I was not told before my hair was cut it would cost more because of who was cutting it. Bad bad experience for me.
