Completely unprofessional! Idk who this new guy was but he had his kids running around everywhere and answering the phones. I had to go in to make an appointment because his little boy answered the phone not knowing what to say. So I made my appointment and when I showed up I was sitting there and instead he gave my spot to someone who had already been waiting even though my appt was set for 2:30pm. I’m annoyed and walked out. I rather go back when Erika or Xiomara are there they always do a good job. Too bad this guy earned himself a bad review.
