I went to just get curls on my hair, first of all I had to wait a long time and someone that got there after me was helped first. The lady that did my hair didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and she used a lot of hair spray on my hair which it wasn’t necessary. She charged me $40 for just doing that and a few weeks before I had called to ask how much they would charge for just doing curls on my hair and the lady on the phone said it would only cost $20. I didn’t want to complain right there and then because I’m not that type of person, I even gave her a tip. But I feel like people like them always take advantage of kind people like us! I don’t think I will ever give them business ever again. Plus to top it off the customer service was terrible, they are not friendly at all!

Went in to get a hair cut. The older lady looked like she was just in a rush. I asked her to just refresh my layers. She botched it. She cut my hair more than I asked for and it was uneven. I have random gaps between how my hair looks.
