Literally just left there.. we walked in asked the ONLY barber there are you closed for the daya? he said NO, so my husband and I sat down as he finished up a kid 20-25 min later he said I have one more it’s Sunday I only do appointments.. My son went today, Saturday October 30, 2021. One person cutting hair. Waited almost 2 hours for a edge/ line up. He has twists. First of all it was $35 which is outrages but he cut 2 of my sons twists. One had was completely cut off and the other was cut in half. I couldn’t save the other half. When this barber was confronted about it, he had the audacity to respond by saying “are you sure it wasn’t that way when you guys came in?” Knowing that he just cut my sons hair and his hair didn’t look like he was anywhere near some clippers or scissors. No apology or nothing. Just cut my sons hair with no regard. Disgusting! I wish I was with him because it wouldn’t have gone over so easily. What a jerk!!!!!

Recepcionist is very unprofessional, i talked to someone over the phone and told me i would get charged 10 to make an appointment but when i got to the place , the recepcionist ignored me and finally said “what” so i asked about making an appointment and she said there are no appointments, so i told her what the guy i spoke to on the phone told me and she said well i dont know talk to them and see if they want to but i dont know anything about appointments. I just walked out.
