I booked a haircut here after reading all the amazing reviews, yet I left the shop crying because of how much they ruined my hair. I should’ve known things would go bad after my appointment started 40 minutes late despite scheduling an appointment online. After receiving horrifically choppy layers and absolutely no blending, I can officially say this was my worst haircut ever. The entire time the hairstylist kept repeating “how great these layers will look when my hair is curly” even though we had a discussion at the beginning about how I never wear my hair curly, hence the reason she was cutting it while it was straight and dry.

Robert is AMAZING! I came in for a desperately needed haircut. I have frizzy, curly hair that was shoulder length, and I wanted to do a short haircut. Robert cut my hair and did a fabulous job. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair, and I love it! Robert was also very nice and thorough, which I appreciated since curly hair is challenging to cut. Everyone was really friendly, and the atmosphere is great. The cut was also super affordable. I will be back again.

I will definitely be coming back!! I was seen right away and Robert was very nice and respectful. He asked all the right questions and overall was a joy and comfort to be around. He saw the photo I showed him and executed it the way I wanted. I did a bit chop off my hair, about 10 inches or so and he made me feel very comfortable about it. Talked me through everything he was doing and gave me some nice tips as well. Will definitely ask for him to cut my hair again

In Evanston for a few months and forgot to get my haircut from my normal place back home before coming. Was nervous about going somewhere new for the first time, but this place did it right! Lucky did a phenomenal job with not only the cut, but also talking me through why he was doing certain things and teaching me some good things to look for in future haircuts and hair care tips. Super laid back guy and knows exactly what he’s talking about when it comes to hair. Would recommend for anyone who wants a haircut they can trust wholeheartedly!
