This place is horrible!! They are so rude and treat you as if they are doing YOU are favor. When you walk in they do not acknowledge you. Also you can’t make appointments and it’s a tiny salon with only about 4 workers, so prepare to wait over an hour or two. If you break a nail and need it fixed they will NOT try to fit you in between clients. One time Ethan told me come back another day! And then he walked away. Horrible horrible horrible! Do not go to this salon…you WILL be mistreated! When you are new they try to act nice, once you are a regular customer they treat you like crap. They even mistreated my 11 year old daughter!! I will never step foot in this salon again!

I followed Ethan (the owner) from Omega nails in Cooper City to his, now, own nail salon! Him and his wife, Chanel, are the sweetest! Ethan always makes time for me and my manis and pedis whenever I walk in or call last minute.. sometimes my pedicures are done by his wife or another family member there, but they all do a great job! They all take the time to listen to what I want done and make me feel great! I’ve tried another nail salon or two closer to me, but they do not even compare to Elegant Nails! Going to his place is SO worth the drive!

Worst place ever . I went in this morning before work because my regular salon was closed , I walked in I just got stared at no one said a word until I said hello. The guy who did my nails was very rude , first he gave me a price then up the price while doing my nails when I asked why he stated ” it’s about beauty why are you worrying about a few dollars” yea ? No First and last time ever going there . I wouldn’t recommend this place ever .
