Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI normally do not take the time to write a review, especially a negative one because that is someone’s career. But, I’m so disgusted that I will try to stick with the facts: 1. She was late, we had a 4pm apt. She was in the middle of doing someone’s hair, we waited 41 minutes. 2. Attitude was on 10, omg, how are you going to be late but yet have an attitude, she had me step out because she was not confident in her work, 20 years of experience, in what, attitude academy, wow. 3. Unprofessional, she overcharged my card, but got mad when I told her, she was cursing, until she realized she made a mistake. Long story short, she doesn’t know what she is doing, she is rude, unprofessional, yelling at customers omg how are you in business for this long with that kind of attitude, at least be good at your job and you are not!l I will really wish there was an option for 0 star.I normally do not take the time to write a review, especially a negative one because that is someone’s career. I normally do not take the time to write a review, especially a negative one because that is someone’s career. But, I’m so disgusted that I will try to stick with the facts: 1. She was late, we had a 4pm apt. She was in the middle of doing someone’s hair, we waited 41 minutes. 2.
