Terrible execution and terrible customer service. When I tried to express that the nails were very thick (bubble-like) the tech argued with me that that is just how almond shape works, and nails as short as I wanted did not look good with almond shape. I’ve had them done before, I know how they’re supposed to look. In addition to that, the shaping is irregular and so are the French tips. I had to leave because they were closing and apparently thought my nails looked fine, even though I said otherwise. I wasn’t even offered a discount.

I went in to get a Full set and even entered 15 minutes before my appointment. Ended up waiting almost an hour and my nail tech went super fast and botched my nails. The nails are bumpy and not the shape I wanted. I do not recommend this place if you want any nice nails, but they are cheap.

Went there to have my nails done and you can see the results, and this was after I had them redo them and I had to pay to have them redone. I would give them no stars if I could. Please shop around but don’t go here. This is the morning after!! Manicure

Both techs who worked on my nails were super friendly and helped explain the process. They paid excellent attention to detail and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Wow, I loved my experience at Elegance Nails! The space is clean and they offer a wide variety of polish colors. Both techs who worked on my nails were super friendly and helped explain the process. They paid excellent attention to detail and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. My nails turned out beautifully! I can’t wait to come back soon and use one of their new pedicure chairs. Good nails for a cheap price, but don’t risk it. This place is one health code violation after another. They use the same towels, drills, files, brushes, etc… Not a single tool is cleaned or swapped between customers. Staff was very very rude, when my nails dried multiple men yelled at me saying my nails weren’t dry despite me touching them and knowing. Also did not see them open a fresh pack of tools and i don’t know what they did to my nails but they’re so brittle and breaking non stop. I am so disappointed and annoyed at this experience. Manicure

We arrived 15 minutes early to choose our colors for our appointment. Once we chose our colors we had to wait an extra 45 minutes until she started our nails. They didn’t have the colors that we chose, I asked for a periwinkle, I got a light blue. My friend chose a color that matched her prom dress, she didn’t get her color either. Then when she started my nails she took a 10 minute break to eat, once my appointment had already started. My nails are very uneven, they still look good but it’s a little disappointing. She also said I can’t have coffin shaped because the nails are too short, they aren’t but it’s okay I guess. They are really nice and clean but I wouldn’t go here if you want it made exactly how you are planning to, and if you are in a rush.

We were in route to columbia I stopped at my regular nail salon for a pedicure they said it would be 2 hours I walked out. I called around to find a nail salon and elegance nails took me within ten minutes. The woman who did my pedicure was very sweet she took her time and was so precise and neat.I will definitely be back to do further services. Thank you again for my beautiful pedicure I love it.
