Critical: ProfessionalismAsked for a full set with a clear coat of clear regular polish on top. While I’m on the phone, the tech puts clear GEL polish on my nails, and cures it. When he went to cure the second hand I told him I was very clear about what I wanted. He said: “It’s okay, it’ll be alright.” Some time later he tells me how much I owe and when I ask about the extra fee, he tells me – it’s higher because of the gel polish.I chuckled, paid the fee and without even having to say the words, he knew I’d never be back.I already had a UV light at home so I order the things needed to do my own nails and I haven’t stepped foot in this nail salon in over a year. Ive attached the product I use to do my nails and the final look. I’m picky with my pedicure and I explained to the man what I don’t like and I didn’t sense any kind of attitude he totally understood and made me feel comfortable being so picky!
