Critical: ValueI was very disappointed by this salon. The appointment process was easy and they were on time taking me back but the service was sad. The “spa pedicure” was 15 mins total, from water fill to shoes back on. My manicure was the same and I was out the door. I was very disappointed by this salon. The appointment process was easy and they were on time taking me back but the service was sad. The “spa pedicure” was 15 mins total, from water fill to shoes back on. My manicure was the same and I was out the door. It was not the treat is was supposed to be and it certainly wasn’t worth the expense.

They did an excellent manicure and pedicure for my sister. The place is very clean and both technicians, Kim and Hayley, were very thorough too which is important to me. We will be back!

Critical: QualityI went in and got a set of acrylic nails. I showed them the picture of the nails I wanted and they did whatever they wanted to my nails. I did not ask for all the extra gems and glitter. The nails were put on crooked, the gems were not in a straight line and it was very noticeable, the acrylic was not evenly smoothed out, I also showed them a pic of coffin shaped nails and mine did not look like coffin nails.
