Let me start by saying the service is amazing, the ladies are so so sweet. They asked me lots of questions to make sure I got what I wanted, and even used hot rice gloves to help soak off my no chip nails. However, the results could be better. I’m not sure if it was the polish or the technique, but the polish was bumpy and bubbly on some nails, They tried to blame it on “ridges on my nails,” but I know that wasn’t the issue. I think the polish may have been old, but I didn’t like how they tried to call my nails lumpy lol! Still a great experience overall!

I am honestly shocked by some of the poor reviews I read about this nail salon as I have been going here consistently for about a year or so and I can’t recall ever having a negative experience. I truly believe that every time I have gone here they have done a great job and the salon is always very clean. I get the same services every time (no chip manicure and pedicure) so I can’t speak to the other services they provide but the no chip manicures here have stayed on longer than any other no chip manicure I have gotten at any other salon. In addition, the employees are always so friendly and they all greet me by name which makes me feel welcomed and remembered. I noticed in some of the negative reviews that people were saying that they were rushed or that their service took only 15 minutes and I feel like that has to be exaggerated because I come here on my 30 min lunch break which the employees are aware of and they never can get the service done in 30 mins because they really take their time to be careful and perfect their services. Another thing people seemed to review negatively was the price of the services, I find the prices here to be fair and about what other salons are charging in the area so I’m not sure why some people are complaining about that. I have also never been attacked about tipping like others are saying and I have never been in the salon while anyone else was ever attacked about tipping. If you tip them well then you should be fine. Remember they are scrubbing your dirty feet and fingernails, stop being so stingy about paying a 20% tip.

Pedicure lady was actually very nice so it’s tough leaving such a bad review. Pedicure was not good though only 15 min tops. The Owner and nail technician for my no chip were rude and argumentative about me just wanting a polish change. They wanted to grossly over charge me for it so I asked to go no polish on my nails because they had such a uncomfortable energy to them and were very strange. I ended up paying 35.00 for the pedicure and tipping the girl well cause I don’t think it was her fault that the owner and nail technician were the problem. Terrible experience though I’ll never go back

All I wanted was a dip mani and pedi. They argued amongst each other about how to figure that out. Very few dip colors. Pedi was below average, basic, and rushed. Dip was uneven and SHE DID NOT USE A DRILL! So my nails are lumpy. My friends dip took TWO HOURS and she cut her three times. She wanted coffin shape and ended up with lumpy mixed shapes.

I could tell that they did not want to take me and were being very cold and rude while taking care of me. I’ve gone here 3 times and loved it the first 2 times but this last trip I honestly have to.say I am not impressed. Ok, I’m a guy so I’m not all about the bells and whistles but when I like I do the pedicure with extra treatment. I sat.in the chair and instead of getting the sheet saying the different peds I can get the manicurist went right.into it. I asked for the sheet and she made it.seem she didnt understand so I said “spa” and she sort of rolled eyes and went into the spa treatment. While it was nice she asked me to hold out my legs and up while to pumiced my feet – no support JUST HOLD leg up n out (prior.2x it was a support). And while the.overall pedicure was nice the idea of.a manicure.while.in the chair while others when from ped to Mani was odd and QUICK. I had to hold the bowl almost becoming her assistant. Manicure was quick and today, next day I.see it was horrible. I.still see cuticles, and tips of nails are sort of rough. And with tip service came.to $90. SO NOT IMPRESSED. I.go once a month

I was in town over the weekend. And busted dip powder nail. So i decided i would call around to get in. This place got me in I was super excited. There was the owner and another worker. They had lots of dip powder choices so i thought they knew what they were doing. It took me well over a hour to get these done while having all the women come over and talk about my nails when getting them done. They busted off 2 days later. Not just 1 but 4 they usually last me 3-4 weeks. I leave a 10 dollar tip so it cost me around 60 something. I was so upset 2 days later.
