I went there with me and my siblings and my mother after making an appointment, they rushed through all of our pedicures knowing how many of us there was. Poorly painted my nails and I got my eye brows waxed and now my eyebrows are broken out because whatever they used and the lady giggled and fun of me for tearing because she didn’t warn me when she was going to rip it off the most sensitive part on my eye. Either way not the best experience.

Ive been going to this salon for over 2 years and my most recent visit was the last. They have either been short staffed for a long time or aren’t managing appointments appropriately. The last 4-5 times either I had to wait for my appointment time more than 15 minutes, or when I was in the chair they took a walk in at the same time which caused 1 person to do 2 pedicures at a time. It has become more frequent where one person has to manage 2 sometimes 3 clients at a time. It’s unfortunate because they are very nice owners. If you want individual attention head elsewhere.

I have been going there for few months. Dreaded a pedicure due to having bad experience years ago, but had 1 and got great results. I continue and will continue to go there. Very kind workers and I sure wouldn’t want to scrub peoples feet like they do….excellent experience

Lots of positive reviews so I’m disappointed that I can’t give a glowing review, too. The overall experience does not compare to other shops in the area like Victoria or Angel Tips. If you go with someone be prepared to stay twice as long as only one person will do both the mani and pedi for those in the party- despite having appointments. The manicure was rushed and attention to cuticles was overlooked. The typical hand/foot massage was extremely brief and the shoulder massage that is standard here was non-existent. Perhaps these issues wouldn’t have left such an impression if they didn’t proactively round up the cost for a mani/pedi. According to their signs and brochure the mani is $12 and pedi is $32. Instead of charging $44 they do $45. During the couple hours I was here, more than four people were charged the extra. I also wouldn’t mind this if I didn’t feel the services were rushed. Unfortunately too many “what ifs” for me to return again…
