I absolutely love this spa. I’ve been going for years now for both Brazilian waxes and hydrafacials, and I work with Karen every time. She is absolutely wonderful. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is also extremely kind, considerate, and thorough through all my treatments. I’ve been to many other places for Brazilians, and other places either use cheap wax which results in pain, or they rush through the process and don’t wax certain areas. This salon uses high quality wax which is much less painful, and Karen takes her time and makes sure every area has been waxed. I no longer live in the area but have waited months to get a Brazilian just so I can get them from Karen when I am back. Also, the hydrafacials are incredible. Karen makes it such a relaxing experience, and she explains how it works prior and answers any questions I have. My skin is always so rejuvenated and clean afterwards; I love the results every time. Thank you Elegance Medical Spa and thank you Karen for your amazing work!!!!!

I was seriously in need of a good facial so I decided to go to Elegance since it is near my house. I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of facial I needed but Karen helped me out. I ended up getting a vitamin-C peel and it was great. Karen made me feel very relaxed. The peel tingled a little bit but my face is glowing!! I already see a difference in some of my dark marks and my face is extremely soft. I have already made my next appointment. Great services for a great price. Give them a try.

I got a Hydropeptide facial done by our talented esthetician Dayna Hill and my skin feels extra soft. Dayna analyzed my skin and new exactly which Hydropeptide products to use on me. My face feels smooth, soft, and is glowing. She also did a neck, shoulders and arms massage which relaxed me. I slept like a baby afterwards. Thank you Dayna!

I been getting massage from Diana for over 10 yrs and believe me she has done for me like nobody else , feel younger again . I made an appointment via email a few weeks ago but called last week to change my appointment to a different day. Upon speaking to the receptionist she told me she couldn’t offer me any alternative dates or times because she needed to talk to someone and call me back. When I heard back, she told me she scheduled me for a time that I said didn’t work. Upon the 3rd call she again scheduled me for the wrong time and couldn’t fix it while on the phone. At that point I said forget it and went somewhere else. Extremely frustrating as a receptionist should be able to make appointments. Not an ideal customer experience.

I had the Best facial, at Elegance Medical Spa..I usually do the Hydro-Facial that I love, but wanted to try something new, Karen did the microdermabrasion and it has help my skin SO much with sun damage & discoloration,I truly love it and I’m going to get it done again and mix it up with my Hydro-facial, I’ve been to many medical spas, however Elegance medical spa is by far the Best in New Jersey!!!!

I purchased 3 sessions. Used only1 then I got a call from the operator trying to scheudls me in. I explicitly told her I wouldn’t know until next week. She apparently scheduled me for something. Then they told me I only had one session left because I had a no show appointment. Terrible. I tried speaking with the owner to no avail. Seriously the worse place such a rip off.

Just called for an appointment for this evening since I was in pain. Woman had to call me back with answer if they could fit me in. I received a call back but, get this, I can’t use a groupon if I was to be seen tonight. I had to purchase from them for more money. If I wanted to use a Groupon I would have to wait for Friday.NutWhen I asked what’s the difference if I use a groupon or pay them directly she had no answer. After asking her again she rudely said priority. Well, they can keep their priority and their services and I will go elsewhere, where I think everyone should. Don’t advertise on groupon if you don’t want to really accept it.
