Having an issue with my back I went to Elegance Massage to see if it would help. Lisa was my therapist and all of the 5 star positive reviews were very accurate. Lisa was amazing! Great pressure, technique and personality. You pay $70 for an hour, and you get 60 minutes plus. My back is much looser and feels better. I highly recommend you go here.

The massages are very good, but I paid $70 for an hour massage and gave her a $100. I asked for $10 in change and she did not want to give it to me. I felt like $20 was a nice tip for the services. However, $30 is steep. She didn’t speak English well and decided that I wasn’t getting any change.

I booked a 2 hour massage over a week in advance as I had been working out and wanted to address some sore muscles. I received a confirmation text with lots of emojis the morning off and I replied to confirm again. I took the afternoon off and was looking forward to the appointment. About 5 minutes from my destination, and 10 minutes before the appointment began, the phone rings and then when I didn’t answer (driving) I received a text that the person in front of me was delayed and they had to push my appointment back an hour. What the heck? At that point, you tell the late person no and to reschedule.. don’t screw over someone else. I responded that moving my appointment an entire hour when I was 5mins away was not good for my schedule and to cancel it. I won’t try to go back. The texts with emojis were nice, but the customer service wasn’t the best, especially considering the $$ I was going to pay for a 2hr massage that then didn’t happen. Reading reviews, this isn’t a rare occurrence either. 🙁

The massage was very painful, and I feel bruised this morning. I tried to tell her it was to much pressure but she didn’t speak any English. Also because of that, I wasn’t able to effectively communicate I only wanted 30 minutes. She thought I wanted an hour and then she had to rush the massage. She also kept leaving the door a bit open when I undressed/dressed, I didn’t like that.

I Always love this place but I just got a massage and when I turned onto my back she put a ton of hand sanitizer on her hands and started rubbing my neck and face . It was terrible. She showed me the bottle when I asked her what she had used. It’s an extremely disappointing way to end a massage !

Positive: Professionalism, QualityThe best massage I’ve ever had…and I’ve had a lot. Have been suffering terribly with neck pain for 2 weeks. Saw David today, he gave me a 70 minute massage. When I left it was 80% gone!! Yes, their English could be improved but with the care I received today I could care less. Thank you David, you’re terrific.
