Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt seemed like their conversations were more important than the service. The lady was nice but seemed tired and kind of just threw my nails together the sides aren’t covered or painted and there is polish on most of my cuticles. On top of that this older lady next to me chatting used the same racial slur 3 times no one said a thing I just wanted to leave I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life. Been using Elegance for several years. Love the nail art. Prices are resonable and staff friendly. .Lisa and Lou Ann are both very talented. We go together and make it a girls day out. There are 4 of us usually. That makes it a fun time. The staff have all become friends. Thanks Elegance crew!!

Ladies very sweet, prices reasonable, but the gal who did my nails did a very sloppy job! LOTS of dried acrylic under my real nails when I left and she didn’t massage my hands with lotion. She did both girls ahead of me. AND small town, these girls LOVE to gossip!
