This place is ok. went i went their it smelled like something died in there. the braiders were all late, and the owner was on the phone the whole time making doctors appt. i got my hair done i called and showed them what type of hair i wanted to use when the braider got their she said i had the wrong hair. so i ended up giving them the hair for a discount which i did get but i just felt like this place was nasty and the owner should more concern for what was happening with her guest than the cleanliness of her shop. but my style came out cute

Completely disgusted by my experience here this evening, after my stylist finished my hair I was told that before I come to the salon next time, I need to do something to my hair because it was too much work for them to manage my hair before they braided it. This makes no sense to me if you are professional establishment why should I have to do something extra to my hair before I come to your salon when that’s the whole reason I’m coming to your salon in the first place? Isn’t that your job? It just surprises me at what little work ethic people have nowadays, they have lost a customer for sure. I hate to spend time at a place who complains about an individual’s natural hair. If you don’t want to work with hair why stay in the business. If I could give I’ve zero stars I would. I hate DISRESPECT. You never complain before when doing my hair so why complain now? On top of all this even when I schedule a time they still have me waiting over an hours to begin my hair. If they are busy then I understand the wait, but once a stylist becomes available why am I still waiting for an additional half hour?

My appt was at one didn’t get started until 2:30 and the girl that started did my braids wrong so another had to take them out and do over then I had to wait for another girl to do my hair and in the middle at six she asks can she go eat this place is very unprofessional and dirty. I don’t complain but the way I was treated yesterday I wouldn’t want someone else treated like this. Then the price quoted over the phone was two times higher then the price I had to pay my hair is cute but I will never ever go here again.

I walked in and was out of state visiting.Flo and Maria were assigned to do my hair.These ladies were very kind and professional. The prices are fair and they work quick. I got feeding braids and they are installed securely but not painfully tight.I showed them a picture and they mastered it.I will be returning.Very satisfied customer

I called yesterday to make an appointment for today to get my hair done. I was asked what time I wanted to come. I asked how early could I come. I was told 9:00 so I said ok I will be there at 9. I arrived a few minutes before 9. No one is here. If they were expecting me they should be here before me. l am very patient, but after waiting for 40 minutes I had to leave. I really want to get my hair done. Will have to find another place that is more professional.

My experience was great, I got what I asked for that’s never happened. I wanted micro long to my waist but they actually touch my thigh how dope….and there all the same length. The owner and her assistant rocked my head very nice and Patient and it wasn’t tight she took her time very professional wasn’t any big in the top or back..they were all micro I’m still blow away they did it outstanding job.

Just went in for a touch up on on some senegalese twists and the stylist did a great job. The other ladies who were getting braids done also looked very nice. I had to wait on a late stylist and that’s why I’m giving 4 stars, but the quality of hair they do is great.

This salon was pretty good at first but they take way too long. A girl missed her concert because of this and one of the stylists even sat down to eat before picking up to do my hair again. If you buy food from them, be cautious as it could be stale. I so not recommend this salon to people who want to get in and out. I came around 9 AM and my stylist wasn’t even there yet and the girl who let us in did not even speak English. At this point, I will never come back to this salon. I advise you there’s better ones out there, plus they procasinate too much.

Talk to the first lady on the phone I asked her about getting some individual braids she told me a 150.00 dollars. When the other staff came in to do my hair she said no I charge a 160.00 dollars I showed her the size braids I want she but the size braids she wanted to do.

First the ownwr got upset and hung the phone up on me when i ask to speak with a stylist. Doris, refuse to re-do my hair after one side was different from the other side. I had to continue to tell her to part my hair straight. She would get an attitude after I explain to her that she would need to do my hair correctly.
