Made a appointment to get my hair done. Confirm the appointment that morning to make sure everything was good to go. Left work early so I would be on time. When I arrived the door was lock, all the lights were off and closed sign was up. Never called me to let me know the appointment was canceled nor did they call me to reschedule. Poor customer service. Will not be using their services.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuemy appointment was at 10 am and she showed up at 10:30. I showed her how i wanted my hair, regular size knotless braids. I was wondering why it was taking so long to finish, it was because she did the smallest braid ever. Many kids running around, it doesn’t smell the best in there. And they always stop doing the hair to go eat.My little cousin also went their she told them and showed them a picture of large knotless braid and they is a middle part. the braided but a braid right in the center of her head and it didn’t look right. the braided made my cousin take out the braids and part her own hair. they she said that it still didn’t look right. 2 of the braiders started yelling in her face and locked the door to the shop so she couldn’t get out. My hair came out beautiful! Not too tight and just how I wanted it. The only suggestion I have is to try to keep the noise level down. There were children running around the space throwing toys at some of the customers. Children will be children but I think it will be better experience if the children are in a seperate environment.

Horrible when I walk in the salon it was toddlers running around the salon. And smelled like used diaper. And one of the workers on the coach sleeping. Lady had an attitude from the beginning , I guess I broke her nap. I explain to her how I wanted my hair done. I received more attitude, after she did one braid I told her that’s not the way I want it. She took the braid out and told her Co worker in their language that she’s not going to do my hair. Wow I so surprise of how unprofessional someone could be. Worst place I ever went too don’t waste your time going on there. There’s nothing elegant about this place at all

I called prior to coming, and was given an appointment for following day. I received a call back from a man asking me to come one and an half hours later than original agreement. When I showed up, a woman was about 1/3 finish with a customer hair. She said she had overbooked because she thought I wouldn’t come…not only was I on time, but that was very unprofessional. She even went as far as to ask the other customer can she wait while she start my hair. Then she called someone and then asked me can I wait an hour, then a man called and asked to speak to me, asking can I wait 2 hours along with telling me a lie of how someone whom was suppose to show my hair never showed up to work. I said no, got up and left, and quickly found somewhere better and more reliable to go. It’s their loss because I could have became a loyal longtime customer, if the circumstances where better.

This place is not “elegant”. They have no customer service skills. I did my hair there once and NEVER went back. I was 2-years newly natural and my hair was thick so I wanted to give it a break and get braids. Oh my god, there is no point in calling for an appointment because you will be waiting for an eternity (like I don’t have work and other things to do right)… and THEN the lady doing my hair decided that it was not dry enough (I had just washed it but I like a little moisture). She put a comb attachment on the blow dryer and ever so rudely just started yanking through my hair that was already detangled! If you are African and don’t know how to be gentle with 4c hair… then you need to try a different career. I have never heard of a hair dresser handling a grown woman’s hair like that was her stubborn kids!!! I saw my hair being ripped and flying everywhere… even stabbed my scalp she was being so rough.I cannot believe these people have a beauty license!!! She was so worried bout my hair not being bone dry, but they have garbage in there like Blue Majic and things with petroleum and mineral oil and worst of all… JAM!? Who the heck would even put jam on their own hair , let alone a customer!? A big glob of melting gloss is not what I want in my hair. Omg and I had no time to look elsewhere so I stuck it out. But never will I ever go back there. But anyone know any good salons round here that actually wanna money!?
