From the first day to 21 months later, nothing but the most professional woman I have dealt with. Once she was 10 minutes late… apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. Other than that, always on time with a clean, sanitized office (as a medical person should). Perfectionist on her trade, was not happy until she provided the best. The only reason I stop is because I moved. I was hesitant at for because of the value some people complained about, but trust me… she is undervalued. No price can measured the happiness it created. Jennifer, the owner of My Bare Lady is an angel in disguise. From the first day to 21 months later, nothing but the most professional woman I have dealt with. Once she was 10 minutes late… apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. Other than that, always on time with a clean, sanitized office (as a medical person should). I have had issues with facial hair removal and this has been the best solution. I have only been with Diana and she is very nice. I will be going for more sessions.

Especially for someone like me who has had PCOS issues , this has been a Godsend…Jennifer’s cancellation policy is not unreasonable at all.. They really did accommodate people A LOT when they would cancel last minute in the past. She owns her own business and there is nothing wrong with practicing policies that benefit your business and your employees. I have been going to her since 2017 and will keep doing so in the future.
