I have been going here for quite a while and have seen remarkable improvement on the hair growth on my chin and lip area. My sister has also been going to the Electrolysis Group. The owner, Buffy, is great. Every safety and sanitary precaution has always been made and the space is very clean. I have no problems recommending the Electrolysis Group to friends.

I prefer not to write negative comments but this place is just scary. They may have infected me and other people. No gloves were used, she installed the needle with bare hands without tweezers. I didn’t notice that she washed her hands. And then, instead of following the hair to reach the root, she just poke it through the skin. Of course it’s not an efficient way to reach the root, so most of the hair just left there, but the worst of all, now I have awful scars. I’ve never ever had this in other places. Usually the area is healed completely in less than a week. I should have checked beforehand that they are not board certified. It looks like they didn’t even take electrolysis course.
