I started having a mini panic attack after she placed tape around my eyes to prep for the lashes. I was unsure I was going to be able to make it through the appointment and started to take off the tape. She was so patient with me and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. She allowed me to call a family member and have them on speaker phone to calm my nerves. Then Joanne started my lashes after having to prep them a second time (since I interfered the first time). She was very professional with explaining everything to me. She was also very calming and a pleasure to talk to. My eye lashes look amazing and now I’m hooked! I highly recommend Joanne! Joann is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel right as home. She is so comforting and professional. I adore my wax lady I’m never going anywhere else. I have hair removal with electrolysis for a Transgender surgical procedure. Joanne is very professional takes great pride in her ability s to perform this task. She makes me feel welcomed, always so cheerful, clean office and great taste with music. The electrolysis machine she uses is very fast and almost painless. Not to forget the heated bed it’s so warm. Joanne is also very Transgender friendly always using correct pronouns. I highly recommend her services to all.

My experience having lashes from Joanne for a year and a half has been remarkable. She even told me when I need to let my lashes rest for a few months and I whinned and she held her ground and I listened to her wise suggestion.
