Called to schedule a consultation and asked if they treated bikini area. The receptionist said yes so i made an appointment. I show up, get seen almost 30 minutes after my appointment time only to be told they only do bikini line. Huge difference, wish they would have clarified that on the phone so i didn’t waste a trip across town. Giving two stars because the place looked clean. I’m sure if you’re looking into other services you will have success, but i wasn’t thrilled with the miscommunication on the company’s end.
