My mother came to this clinic and I am providing the review on her behalf: She used this clinic to get rid of some facial hair and when she came to the consulting appointment she had advised them she did laser and it did not work to get rid of some tough hair and they agreed they would do electrolysis. She even paid extra and agreed the sessions would be for the Electrolysis. Not until the last session she had prepaid for did they inform her that they would need to do electrolysis, which was dumbfounding to learn that they used all the session for the service she did not request nor did they agree to. Basically I am writing to say this place lacks professionalism, accountability, understanding and lack of transparency. Felt more like a money grab. I would steer clear or at least get it in writing on the services you paid for.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the new confidence in myself and such wonderful service. So far I have tried the electrolysis for facial hair and recently the laser for body hair. Both experiences have been positive.The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, well knowledgeable, and patient. During each visit the staff is open to answer any of my questions and give honest feedback. While waiting to be seen, there is WiFi, comfy seating, clean restrooms and tv to entertain. There have been times when I had to bring my kids along. The staff greeted the kids kindly and there were no issues, very accommodating.The high quality service and staff will keep I me coming back. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I was so satisfied with the work done that I purchased a gift card for my friend to try it out as well. This place is the best! I love how easy it is to schedule and text reminders to keep me on track. The facility had a fresh face lift during my 15 months of treatments and it’s always clean and met with friendly faces – Amber is wonderful! I love the results of my smooth face ~ from electrolysis with Ashley and finally hair free legs with their laser hair removal! I have not yet begun my laser hair removal, but I did have a wonderful experience during the consultation appointment. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, and very professional. The facility was very clean, and also very professional in appearance. The consultation provided me with the information I needed, and all of my questions were answered promptly. I felt very comfortable talking with the laser technician, who provided me with different treatment options based on what I wanted and needed. We settled on a treatment plan that I am very pleased with, and I look forward to seeing the results of their services.
