I have researched hair removal for several years before making my appointment with Rose Marie. Electrolysis is a permanent solution to hair removal as opposed to laser hair removal which can grow back or activate growth in hair follicles, I travel over an hour to get the treatments with Rose Marie. She is precise, a master at her work and I am so glad I made the appointment with her. I have had a few sessions with her and noticed a dramatic difference already. Horrible experience. After seeing Rose Marie for over 6 months, paying $30 for 15 minutes, she refused to give me an estimate of when I should expect to be finished. I asked on three different occasions, and each time her responses were harsh and aggressive. She schedules in 15 minute increments, so you will be expected to come in, sit down, pay and leave just as quickly. Session are basically handing her money for little information about your progress. Don’t waste your time with her. She has no people skills and will not make you feel comfortable. She will refuse to answer your questions, and will become extremely agitated and frustrated at you for asking. Also, if you voice concerns over her services, she will be quick to refer you out (She will literally pull out her yellow pages, give you a number, and send you on your way). Once again..horrible experience. There are plenty of other electrolysis in the area who are cheaper, who will appreciate your business, and who will answer your questions.
