I have been a client of Joann’s for over 10 years. She has used her professional expertise on several areas of mine including sugaring all unwanted hair in several areas including eye brows and legs and also by performing electrolysis in several different areas. She has also preformed services on my daughter and I have ALWAYS been pleased with the results for both of us. Joann is a professional and has always been knowledgeable and patient when we are discussing what I’m wanting to do or anytime I have questions. She has a very calm demeanor making for a very relaxed almost spa like experience.

I have been going here for quite a while and my experience has been great. Joann is very friendly and professional and is fun to chat with. She has been extremely accommodating whenever I need to reschedule my appointments. She has also allowed me to “try out” treatments for free before committing to them, which is extremely nice of her. I go once a month for treatment and have no plans of finding anyone else!

Best place for permanent hair removal in the Pullman Moscow area! Joann is super friendly and fun to chat with and the prices are very fair. Expect to have to return every 2-4 weeks for at least a year to achieve complete permanent hair removal. This is because of the nature of the hair growth-regrowth cycle. Joann is VERY good at electrolysis and very professional no matter the location of hair removal. She works late Monday through Saturday, accommodates any schedule, and communicates very effectively over text message (once you’re an established client). I can’t say enough good things about Joann and her services!

I have gone to 3 places for waxing in Pullman. However, after this experience I will be going to Joann exclusively. She was detailed, kind, and her rates are the best in the area.
