Wow, I’ve seen great reviews on here so decided to call to see how I can make an appointment. The associate who answered the phone was extremely rude. Apparently I’m a new customer and have no idea how to make an appointment as I didn’t see an option online. All I asked was how can I make an appointment and she literally laughed in my face and said “I’m you just make an appointment@ in such a condescending tone. SMH learn some manners and customer service etiquette.

I am an African American male who has Hirsutism, Folliculitis, and Pseudo-Folliculitis without shaving. The only way to combat my condition is the remove all my facial hair which grows underneath my skin. I had laser hair removal treatments to remove the dark hairs; unfortunately I also have gray hairs which are 50% of my facial hair. The laser treatments worked fine for the elimination of my dark hairs, aside for the one treatment in which I was burned due to the setting being to high. I’ve had a total of 7 laser treatments.
