A wonderful experience! Every single employee I interacted with was so welcoming, helpful, and kind. My hair looks and feels amazing after my deep conditioning treatment and cut. My nails are also beautiful and can’t wait to return. The facial and brows were just the best finish to the day. I was made to feel comfortable and even got to do some shopping in between services! I wanted to take my daughter for her first set of nails, and Electric Sun was the only place that could accommodate us during the busy holiday. The day of our appointment, one of the technicians got sick, and they had to move our appointments around. When we showed up, they were able to move things around some more so we could get our nails done side by side.

I took a vacation day to get a full set. Arrived, and the technician wasn’t there. They said they left me a voicemail, but there was no voicemail on my phone. Not sure why they’d lie about that instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and making it right. Very disappointed, and I will be finding another salon for my business.

They do Hair, Mani &Pedi’S they also sell clothes and accessories I have had my hair dine there twice. The first time was great but couldn’t duplicate it. Had NY nails done but not a lot of color choices. Hard to get an appointment but Fernley is growing but it would be nice to have people working a little after hours for. People who work m-f 8 to 5 who enjoy the work they do.
