I’m new to tanning so when I went in just over a month ago to tan I purchased a “Valentine Packaged” that included 6 tanning sessions. I wasn’t told these were good for only 30 days…. the 3 times I went were fine. Today when I went, I was told the remaining (3) were expired….I would assume that a monthly package would be unlimited….My wife goes to your competitor and she buys a certain amount and they never expire. It would have been nice if during my last visit I was notified that I had 3 more left and they would be expiring. I am very disappointed in how it was handled. I was told they are expired and that is that. I will be going to your competitor now.

Clean friendly service. Only downside is they don’t provide free eye protection but have a bucket by the counter to purchase eyewear for $5. They are so cheap that other than black the light comes right through the eyewear.

I called to see when the last session was and they said they closed at 5pm but if they had appointments ( and they did) they would stay open. I was told that if I made it there by 5:15 I would be able to tan. I got there at 4:45 and the girl said “Um, yeah we close in 5 minutes” I asked if she was the girl I spoke to on the phone, she confirmed and said “the appointment cancelled so my Boss just said to close” It wasn’t even 5pm! Sorry, but that’s is just bad business practice. That was the 1st and LAST time I will “try” to spend money there. I ended up going to Slick Rock tanning. Better place, better employees, better experience overall.

I like the beds and employees are friendly but their weekend hours are very weird. What business is open from only 10-2 Saturdays and Sundays when that’s the most common day for clients to be able to get in there? Seems silly.

I’ve had a membership off and on for 5-6 yrs with Club Tan. I was charged an $8.00 tan tax with my membership for the first time ever! …yes, I said, TAN TAX! Then, I paid for an upgraded bed, did not see good results, not to mention, when I told 2 different staff members (on my 1st and 5th visit) that there were bulbs not working in the bed, I was told they get fixed every Sunday. Ok, every Sunday and a month later, the bulbs were still out!! The quality of Club Tan is not what it once was. I was so disappointed I wont be returning.
