The place itself is okay. Ive had covid for the last 6 weeks and have been calling as well as emailing to get my membership canceled as I cant walk inside the building and risk there customers. Ive called over and over left voicemail no response. Ive been emailing over and over no response. I began calling and emailing since the 12th of July, and still no callbacks emails anything. Still open membership. Why bother having a number if you can’t answer your phones? Why have an email if you can’t answer? If my membership proceeds I’ll be moving forward legally to get back my money. Dont waste your money and time, they do not care about you.
