(This does come off total price) hourly flat rates $100/hr, so no more guessing how much it’s going to be, we’ll work with you and your budget. Not sure how long something will take? Absolutely amazing experience! I got my first tattoo done here and it was so simple and easy. Justin did an amazing job of keeping it light and fun so I wasn’t too nervous and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Atmosphere was awesome and clean. I would totally recommend this place!

Critical: ProfessionalismThey were having their Friday 13th special, first come first serve. I had messaged them specifically to ask them if they would tattoo a minor (16). They told me that yes they would provided I brought proof that I’m the legal guardian. Rearranged my entire day to be there. We got there, waited in line only to be told that they had “reconsidered” and did not want to do a tattoo on a minor now. They never messaged me to let me know or anything. Very poor customer service and business ethic in my opinion. They were having their Friday 13th special, first come first serve. I had messaged them specifically to ask them if they would tattoo a minor (16). They told me that yes they would provided I brought proof that I’m the legal guardian. Rearranged my entire day to be there. Bought a gift certificate for $300 and was going to add more money to it when we went in! Was told on the phone and again when we went in to buy it that it was good for 1 YEAR!! went in to use it BEFORE THE YEAR WAS UP!! And was told by the artist that it was NO GOOD!! Now I’m out $300 and NO TATTOO!!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! I’ll never go again to get work done!!!!
