This place is horrible. The person that does electrolysis talks waaaayyy to much and does not do a good job at getting the hairs. She left hair all over my face when I got in my car. You pay so much money for the person to only do a little spot. Thats not right to any clinic. They never have any appointments available it’s like once in a blue moon. When you call to make an appt they give you attitude. So I would never recommend any LGBTQA+ here because they are not consistent.

Nanci has been amazing and really goes out of her way to help her clients in every way she can on top of being excellent at electrolysis and skin care knowledge in general. I feel so incredibility lucky to have found her in an industry so often full of completely uncaring individuals. I can’t recommend her enough!

Nanci and Kristen at ElectraSpa are a God send! I will just add my words of gratitude and praise for the amazing work those two amazing women have done for me and anyone else who has walked through their door. The work Nanci and Kristen have done have helped me resolve long set confidence issues. Being a woman and having a hairy face and other parts caused me social anxiety, that has diminished as have the hairs. Love You 2! I will recommend ElectraSpa to ANYONE in need of having unwanted hairs removed. They do have some skin care products that are AMAZING and the best part is Nanci, will not offer any product she will not use herself. She has been great with skin care and recommends products that work even if she does not sell them! One of the best parts is they are EASY to find, right across 72nd from WinCo

I have only gone for one apt so far, but as a 18years veteran of the beauty industry, I can tell when someone knows their @&$#! I am already impressed with the time that she took in explaining everything (and I was late from driving from Port Orchard). Very thorough consultation and I now feel extremely confident that they will change my life and allow me to good about myself again!!! I am sitting down to book out a month of apts now because I have hope finally! I have blonde hair w redheads in my family, so I have very thick hairs that grow in and are extremely painful. The ones that she did didn’t hurt like I thought and instantly felt better and the hair is gone…yay! This is just the beginning, but yes my blonde female friends there IS A WAY FOR US TO PERMANENTLY REMOVE HAIR TOO! I will be documenting my journey so hopefully I can share in the future! Thanks so much!

I’d like to update this review by adding that I had communication with the owner in hopes to be heard and resolve the issues I had. Unfortunately, I got a very unprofessional response which entailed excuses and blame. There was no accountability or apology. In her opinion, my experience was due to my being (2) minutes late (Not 4, Nanci).
