I’ve been to this salon several times and had both manicures and pedicures done. The deluxe pedicures are awesome if you have a tech that wants to do a great job. The older gentleman is rude, rushes and doesn’t listen to what you want. Karen did a FANTASTIC job on my full set. Most beautiful nails I’ve ever had. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! I was a walk in and she was able to get me right in. HOWEVER when I went back for a fill I was sure to be there as soon as the doors opened and was turned away. There should be a sign that clearly states that an appointment is required.

They are fast and do a pretty good job… especially taking into consideration how little time they use. I’m a perfectionist, so i may be a little harder at grading them~ *the tips aren’t held all the way down when glued on, which leaves a gap between the tip and the fingernails. *when they file down the ends, they’re slightly crooked. *they total for my daughter and me to both get acrylics and gel polish was $115, I think(or maybe it was $125, I can’t remember), but in my personal opinion they should at least hold down the tips all they way when gluing for that price.

Kathy and Tim do a Wonderful job on my nails! I’m NOT impressed at all with Christian. They got 3 people who came out after me done in the matter of time Christian had to do a fill on my nails! She was also very ruff with the file!
