Critical: Quality, ValueHad my nails done today, I was charged $50.00 for something that looks like a 5 year old did. I would not recommend this place. I wish I could post a picture, y’all would be like you paid for that. I will be having my nails redone elsewhere tomorrow.

I have been getting my nails done for YEARS. So my review definitely is after years of experience. I am from out of town and bought my daughter here to get a pedicure… usually I don’t cheat on my nails techs but I was here and like pedicures. Bruh. NEVER AGAIN. The nail tech I had was careless, too rough and did NOT know what she was doing. I asked for all new items- toe separators, new pumice, new buffer- especially because of the season. That was like asking about sin in church. Moreover, I inquired about their tools, how they sanitize (mainly because I saw her pick up a tool from another station) I guess you shouldn’t do that either. Lastly, I preferred my gel be soaked off as opposed to drilled off. Let’s just say… it was my first…. AND LAST time here and I don’t recommend it for anyone who really scrutinizes work done on their body parts.

This salon is great. They ladies in there always are so sweet and do a good job with my nails and eyebrows. But I went in yesterday 4/10/19 and the new man in there has left my nails so sore!! He was so rough and rude. He filed my real nails down 3 times with that nail tool then with a nail file then a buffer the one again with the tool. Not to mention he didn’t as what shape I wanted he just was like you’re getting this and when I tried to ask questions he ignored me. Anyway he will not tough my nails again. They are in a tone of pain.

If it could give it no stars I would. We came in on Tuesday right before lunch. Only 2 other customers in the store besides me and my mom. We both wanted SNS nails and the woman who did mine was awful. By far the WORST SNS nail job I’ve ever seen. You could tell she really didnt know what she was doing. I had purple sns on and she tried to grind all of it off. Never once used acetone. I had excess powder around my fingers and she accidentally smudged one of my thumbs that she had just dipped. Instead of trying to fix it, she just dipped it again . To top it all off after she finished dipping she put 2 different top coats on and put my hands in the gel light. Why? Now I have horrible chunky and nails that I can’t wait to get off. Due to the gel light I have white spots all over my pink nail color. Not one of my nails is the same length and very chunky all over. The nail tech seemed like she was just trying to hurry up and finish. Will not EVER come back.
