I highly recommend Elase for laser hair reduction and skin care. Kenzie has been wonderful to me, always makes me feel comfortable. She has great knowledge of the treatments she provides and can make good recommendations based on your needs and concerns. Laser hair removal has been the best personal investment I have made !! Their machine is awesome and pretty much painless. The facility is clean, they are always on time and all the ladies are nice and friendly.

I’ve been coming to Elase for almost a year and I’ve been getting laser hair removal done and I am obsessed. The results are amazing and i was kind of skeptical at first but can’t say enough good things now. I always see Gina and she is the best!!! So professional and friendly. A number of things went wrong…The girls at the front desk didn’t care to interact or greet themselves, they all went quiet when I walked to the desk which made it awkward for me. After I sat down there were around 4-5 girls at the front desk talking about their personal lives and what work they get done, and issues they have with emailing customers, which I didn’t find very professional. I definitely felt like they were over staffed with the lac of customers at that time to have so many just stand there. The lady who did my Botox was AMAZING though! Super sweet and funny, after the procedure I was put in a different room to pay, didn’t talk about any sort of memberships and promised me a follow up call a week later…never Received a phone call and it’s been a few weeks now…I would have let them know that my Botox wore off and will need to come back in, but I guess they don’t care. Not for me, Won’t be going back.
