I have been here in the past and it was great, but recently have started going more regularly for hydra facials and various skin needs. Lindsay & Ali are awesome! So easy to talk to, great at what they do and just overall fun to visit. Great service all around from check in to check out. Not a “snooty” spa atmosphere…..everyone is so personable like you’ve known them forever. Highly recommend!

I just spent more than 1/2 hour waiting for my eye brow threading appointment and was finally told that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes because the threader was M.I.A. If the people at the front desk weren’t so busy talking about break-ups, boys, etc., they may have been able to track down the missing threader, Rajni, in a reasonable time. Instead, they let me sit in the waiting room until I had to actively get their attention and let them know I was still there. Nashville has plenty of amazing med spas, don’t waste your time at a place that doesn’t understand customer service.

I have had a lot of success in the past with peels to help my skins texture, dark spots, and blemishes. I recently got a TCA peel Elan and NOTHING happened. There was some minor flaking, but nothing compared to what I have experienced with others in the past. I was concerned so I went back in a week after the application to make sure everything was on track. I was assured to give it a couple more days, but again nothing happened. I would rather spend money somewhere I know I will get results.

They were very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable throughout my treatments. Elan is amazing! Ann is experienced and professional, and has given great advice on caring for my skin (late 40’s). I’ve had one peel and several laser treatments, and my overall skin tone is smoother and brighter. She’s also given me helpful tips on home maintenance. Jenny has been equally wonderful with facial care for my teenage daughters. I trust Ann and Jenny 100% and am thankful for their help! It’s also very easy to make appointments and to check in/out.

The front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. My services were with Sarah. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering my many questions. She created a clean and calm environment where I was able to fully enjoy my treatments.
