New owner who cares about the details and does a great job. This is one of the best nail design salons I have been to in Gilbert! Jenny is absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail and the skill she has is hands down worth every penny. The salon is modern and comfortable. The techs are very welcoming to all of the clients. Today was the best day for me. I moved here a month ago and have been trying to find a nail salon that was CLEAN and where the Nail Tech would speak to me. Well, I found Jenny at ELAN NAILS in Gilbert and she was AMAZING! I was not sure if I should continue with what had taken place at a previous salon or, change to having a DIP service. Jenny was very knowledgeable about all the different options available. She actually spent time explaining each service with the Pro’s and Con’s of each one. I decided to try the DIP and LOVE my nails. I will definitely make a standing appointment with her. I am 63 years old and still working and she understood the importance of what I wanted and she took her time and I left as a SUPER HAPPY client! Thank you Jenny!

I randomly walked in here yesterday after noticing the sign on the building. They were awesome enough to get me right in to do a dip powder, I think I waited five minutes. Both of the women who worked on my hands were very nice, careful and meticulous. My nails and hands did not feel beat up and were clean when we were done. The design I requested came out perfectly. They went above and beyond when I had asked how to get some old gel off of my feet and they got me right into a pedicure chair and soaked and removed it for me. So glad to have found this salon, will definitely be back!

I went with my 9-year-old niece and we were immediately greeted with smiles and questions. They were very cooperative and patient with how many colors my niece wanted (2 on her hands, 1 on her toes with design). We were helped as soon as they were done with their previous client. They were very quick at finding the color I wanted. The pedicure was very relaxing and she had so much fun getting her mani-pedi. I’m very glad they didn’t try to push on extras like other salons have done.
