I had dip done a few days ago and a couple of the nails started lifting and one even broke☹️ But I went back in today and showed them to see if they could fix them. They took care of me right away and they were pleasant about it. I appreciate it a lot and I will certainly be back here regularly . They have a rewards system which is a bonus for me. The atmosphere is calm and they care about their customers here.

I loved this place! Kevin did such an amazing job!!! The design I wanted was pretty unique and he nailed it right on the head. I was a bit nervous coming in because I wasn’t 100% sure about the design, but Kevin and Vincent were very helpful and had a positive attitude. I usually don’t feel very comfortable at salons but I felt very welcome here. This was my first time here and definitely won’t be my last. 10/10!

I’ve been to so many different nail salons since I moved to the Carolina’s in Oct and this is, by far, the best one! Vincent took his time and was very meticulous and professional. He asked questions to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back! Dip powder

I went in today to get gel polish on my real nails. I was really pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the greeting when walking in. However the experience of getting my nails done was not pleasant. My cuticles are torn up and hurt as the nail tech took the file across them multiple times. Also during the process of getting the previous gel I had on my nails off they took the electronic file across the side of my cuticle to which it got stuck and went around my finger. I went here in high hopes that they were better than my previous experience at another place. I also had to come home and finish the filing on the end as it was still rough. I am only giving two stars because of how nice and clean the place was. Attached are the pictures of my nails with inflamed cuticles.

Vincent and his assistant did such an amazing job! This was my little sisters first time getting acrylic nails and she was beyond happy! They helped guide us with what size would be best for her because of her age and tell her how to take care of them! She is over the moon with her nails and said she will be back for sure next month for another fun design thank y’all for taking great care of us today!

I am new to the area and was in desperate need of some TLC. Because of the pandemic I had totally let myself go and stopped doing the things I loved for myself. I found a nail salon close to my house and the experience was HORRIBLE so I decided not to try any more. My husband was the one that found this place and suggested I give them a try, needless to say I am very impressed. Vicky was wonderful and very very nice. She took care of my hands and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will absolutely be back every 2 weeks for my fill. 10/10 best nail bar in the Carolinas.

This is my all time favorite nail salon! I have NEVER had a bad experience with vincent.. even when i break a nail or chip my gel he always makes time to get me in and fix it free of charge. I come around twice a month to get my nails done and every-time the staff treats me like family. The salon environment is definitely 5 stars also.. very clean and relaxing. LOVE LOVE LOVE my Elan people

My daughter’s nails turned out beautifully and Paul did an amazing job. My only disappointment is that they asked her if she wanted a design and she chose a very simple painted design instead of standard gel polish. No one told her it would cost extra. At checkout, her very simple design cost $20 extra that she wasn’t expecting. She had saved up her allowance for weeks for this and was upset that she didn’t know. Upfront pricing would have made this a 5 star experience. Make sure you ask for pricing!

Well first my toes weren’t shaped and she didn’t color at top where your toe starts. It looks like some one started s Pedicure but didn’t finish it. By the time I got home the polish was peeling off of 3 toes. I suppose unless you get the more expensive package that’s the best you can expect to get. This is the second time this has happened I thought the first time was just because she was in a hurry but apparently this is as good as it gets. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on!Their prices are too high to be getting shoddy Pedicures !!
