Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a horrible experience at this location. I went in with blonde hair with grown out roots, wanting to get a pretty lighter blonde with some some peekaboo low lights for the summer and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and got Absolutely the opposite. I came out with black hair with 2 blonde strips on each side of my face which she called “money piece” I told her that she was taking out too much hair for “dark” than I wanted and she assure me that I would get more blonde than low lights and that I wouldn’t even see that much of the dark when dried and that it would look great and I was upset and cried when she took off the foils. As she was taking of the foils. I noticed that my hair was falling out and breaking and she left the bleach for too long. She continued to dry my hair and comb it and I had to ask for a min to Myself because I was about to cry! my hair was black with 2 blonde strips and the “highlights” where white! I went in there with pretty shiny blonde hair and left with damage and falling out hair and not even the color that I asked. Then she continued and asked what nationality I was and I said Mexican. She then said that she has never done a “Hispanic” hair before. I was shocked and that was the last straw. Will never ever go back again.I had a horrible experience at this location. I had a horrible experience at this location.
