I absolutely love Elan Beauty Bar even tho it’s a bit pricy but it does a better job than other salons that I’ve gone to and paid the same or a higher price. Angie is the best she did a natural looking ombre and I am just amazed on the how she left my nails. Absolute beautiful!!! She takes her time and makes sure it’s shaped perfectly. Definitely recommend❤️

Great place for nails! The place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and very chic. The staff are all friendly and talented. It’s easy to book appointments via online as well, though it can be tricky to book correctly if unfamiliar with the menu (for example, if you need an add on service like gel removal).

I went to Elan Beauty Bar one other time for a pedicure. It was late in the day so I attributed the service to end of day tiredness. Went again today to get a SNS manicure and gel pedicure. The place has a beautiful upscale look and is clean. The front staff is friendly. However, I felt rushed from the moment I arrived to pick out my color and bam, 2 people went at it. The girl who did my pedicure seemed to do attention to detail but the manicure was by far the worst I’ve ever received. When she started to remove my old SNS with the grinder, she seemed to not really be paying attention and grinder over my cuticle and back of my nail. 6 hours later, I am still bleeding. I would have dismissed it was an accident but the sides of my nails do not have polish and I had to file my nails when I came home because the ends were jagged and uneven. I won’t return and will continue to go to my regular place. This was just closer to home and wanted to give it another try. Sigh. I’ve not written a bad review of a business but am very sad about the overall work done on my nails.

Great facility, clean and luxurious feel. The staff is kind and friendly. Went with a group and had mani/ pedis done as well as SNS and tips. My nail tech went a bit fast and cut me a bit during the mani but otherwise it was a great experience.

Was really hoping to love Elan. Went for an SNS manicure and classic pedicure. Called and made an appointment, asked if I could get them done at same time as I was on a lunch break and needed to be in and out. Was scheduled with Linda (SNS) and Leila (pedi). As far as timeliness, all went well and I was in and out within an hour. No massage chairs for the pedi but I still like the ambiance, cleanliness, and upscale vibe of the salon and Leila gave a nice foot massage. I was also accidentally charged $8.00 more for SNS with tips by the lady that rang me up but it was my natural nails. It was sorted out and they credited my account for next visit. It wasn’t until I got home I was thinking I paid more than I expected to pay. But they were quick to remedy that in a phone call. Now this is really where I’m taking stars. Within the 1st 2 to 3 days, I noticed cracking in my color on one of my thumb nails. I’m not sure if it is the brand that was used because I’ve gotten SNS through the years at other salons and never experienced this. In the days to follow, more nails got cracks in the paint I don’t do any kind of heavy work that would cause this. I work from home on a computer and again this has never happened before. If it wasn’t the brand (which I didn’t take note of), the only other thing I noticed is no heat light machine [that you put your hands in for polish to set] was used in the drying of my nails – which I’m used to at other salons but I didn’t question it as I figured they are professionals and know what they doing and they could just have a different process here. So I’m not sure if not using that tool is why cracks are in the polish… Due to this, I am not sure if I will be back. This salon is closer to home than my normal spot but again I wanted to like them. I follow them on IG and they have beautiful work on there but not sure how long it lasts and overall the good reviews I saw online made me give them a chance. I also noticed not all patrons are offered a beverage. Not even a full 2 weeks and I will be going back to my usual shop to get this redone.
