Cecilia is a true creative and it shows in her work. I’ve gone to her on and off (because of COVID) for almost three years for my lash lift and tints. I had a high concern when I moved back to CA to find a lash artist that knew how to max out my lashes (and their cowlicks) without damaging them. Cecilia takes time to evaluate the intricacies of each of her clients, and I have never left without needing to take a pic of how beautiful they are. Her genuine kindness and adorable space are just the cherry on top. Book and refer all your friends.

Brenda did a lash lift for me about a month ago and my lashes are still holding strong!! I love it , makes my morning makeup routine much simpler and some days I don’t even feel the needed to wear mascara. I’ve had previous experience with getting lash extensions and I did not like them very much at all, very damaging and not long lasting. Getting lash lifts with Brenda has been a much better alternative and I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a more natural way to lift and open up their eyes!

EYES WIDE OPEN. For the last ten+ years, I have had a several eyelash extensions and then eyelash lifts at other salons with good to very good results. I have also had eyebrow shaping done for more years. Always good to very good, but the quality was never consistent. And it was never excellent. The eyebrows tended to be too aggressive in appearance. Initially very good, then hit or miss, until eventually I would start over with someone else. Then I met Cecilia at Elan Artistry, and everything changed for the better. As you get older, expectations lessen, as Father Time plays an increasing role in aesthetic outcomes, especially around the eyes. Fillers, Lasers, etc. help, but they are no substitute for youth. So imagine my surprise at how Cecillia has elevated the appearance of my eyes by her masterful command of Lash Lift and Brow Lamination. As I have been faithfully going to Cecillia every six weeks for a year now , I continue to be amazed and eternally grateful for the difference she has made in my appearance. Both the Lash Lift and Brow Laminations have made my eyes the focus of my face…but in the most beautiful, natural, and youthful way. A Neiman Marcus makeup artist did not do my eyelashes, because he insisted I had extensions. As I have very fair skin and light blue eyes, my features are often lost on my neutral canvas. Especially my eyes. Then there is aging, which is definitely not kind. Dramatic changes, especially around the eyes, can end up making someone look even older and or scary. (LOL) Somehow, Cecillia has managed to defy gravity and opened my eyes to possibilities. Thank you, Cecillia, for taking care of an extremely pale Goldilocks.
