Elena is a phenomenal body worker. I’m currently working through a Rolfing series and after 2 sessions I have already experienced tremendous relief. She is great about addressing and manipulating the muscles but also is great about teaching simple things to help better one’s posture and keep the body healthy. I highly recommend her services.
