I don’t usually write reviews especially bad ones, but I deserved better service for the price I paid, and this is the only way I can let the owner and future customers know. The outcome of my hair was good, she braids really well. However, my experience wasn’t pleasant. I had an appointment, and I called two hours before my appointment to confirm. She said yes come on the agreed time, but when I got there she already took two walk-ins. The place is too small and there were too many people when I walked in. I had to go back to my car because there was not place to sit and wait. I came back after an hour and she started on my hair. I showed her the style; it took her 4-5 hours and she charged me more. The same hairstyle in a different hair salon charged less and took them 2hours. She tried to accommodate everyone so she was constantly interrupted. She ones moved me to an uncomfortable chair to accommodate another customer- I was not pleased with that. There was no AC and the TV was too loud and there were more and more customers coming. I felt really uncomfortable and considering the situation with COVID there were no accommodations. For those planning to visit, know that she braids well but the environment is not comfortable and it takes much longer. NOT GOING BACK!Service: BraidsDON’T RECOMMEND! DON’T RECOMMEND! I don’t usually write reviews especially bad ones, but I deserved better service for the price I paid, and this is the only way I can let the owner and future customers know. Been getting hair braided close to a year now and NEVA been disappointed. The owner knows her stuff about hair truly puts her passion in it. Reasonable prices and in and out in timely manner.
