Had a 630 appointment with Carlos and once again he’s running behind. This time I could not wait and I asked him if someone else can cut his hair, he said no, I said I’m not very unhappy that you keep running late and he told me I don’t need to come back. They only take cash so sometimes it makes it difficult and the other Barbers I had their have taken over an hour and a half to cut my son’s hair. I will not waste my time coming out to this barbershop again- they don’t honor appts and don’t respect people’s time. In two separate instances I had to walk out without my son’s hair being cut. The worst part is that on the second instance, I called them twice to ensure that someone was going to be available and to double check that an appt was not needed.. the barber confirmed. Upon arrival – they told us that I should have called and perhaps make an appt because it will be a some wait !! Not giving this place a third try for sure ..
