If you are looking for tattoo removal this is not the best option. I have done 7 sessions and the tattoos look faded, but no where close to removed. The treatment is so expensive and the results are not worth the money or the pain. I contacted a plastic surgeon and tried the procedure and in one session most of the tattoo is gone and it was not painful at all. Anesthesia was applied and the procedure was painless! Best advice is to look for a doctor who specializes in cosmetic procedures.

I would have preferred to have given this business ZERO stars but that wasn’t an option. I had a horrible experience that cost me hundreds of dollars. I went in for a service and the woman who was a “temp” went crazy and ran my card 4 separate times. I told her the payment had gone through but she insisted on swiping it over and over again. I showed her the report off the app for my credit card and she finally realized she overdid it. She waved it off as an accident and dismissed the entire ordeal with a suggestion to call my company so they can correct it. I did exactly that. It took me hours on the phone and my credit card company several weeks to investigate and adjust the account. Can you imagine being out hundreds of dollars for several weeks at the beginning of the month when bills are due? When she finally decided to start on the treatment she did so in such a haste, she didn’t even do the job correctly. I walked out of there feeling like a sucker. I didn’t even get what I paid for. Her excuse was that we had run out of time because of all the drama with the credit card machine. Can you believe that? So because you had issues with your machine and you insisted on swiping the card several times after I told you the payment had gone through, it is now my fault that we ran out of time? Forget the fact that I had money withdrawn from my account and in limbo, I didn’t even get what I went there for. Later I receive a call from the receptionist at the new location asking me to check them out. I told her what had happened and she promised the “Dr.” would call me to correct the situation. It’s been close to a month now and I have yet to receive a phone call from the “Dr.” Not a phone call, email, or an apology. Nothing. If you are considering going here, you should try that cosmetic laser place on the west side. I would rather pay more than go here again. All you’ll get is a headache.

Payed $50 for tattoo removal, 30secs of work on my finger. That’s not what made me mad. Recived 5 text to confirm my appointment. Shifted work around, showed up 10mins early. Was told to wait longer, 20mins after appointment time. So they gave up $50, for 30secs of work cause they had me waiting, and forced me to shift my workload around. I had 6 more sessions so that would of been est. $300, they lost just cause they have poor time management. If your time is valuable, like most people, go somewhere else!

Dr. Williams has one of the best bed side manors I have ever had with a doctor. It feels as if I am talking to a long time friend not a doctor. With Spa 915 I have had surgery on my left foot. Dr. Williams has always returned phone calls quickly and answered all of my questions I have had. He also has made adjustments to his schedule to meet my needs. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The office is located in a great location right off the freeway. I would recommend them for sure!
