Love this Nail Salon! This was first time here and I came in for a pedicure and they handed me a menu of multiple different pedicure options ranging from $26-$64. I chose the $36, which includes massage, paraffin hot wax, and sugar scrub. Then I added some crystals to my toes that was additional $5. Tom did an excellent job on my toes. He really took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. I would of given this place 5 ⭐️, but I chose 4 ⭐️ because I didn’t see until after I was done that they don’t accept credit card tips. I wish I would of known that before I came in. I did call before I walked in and asked if they had time to take me in the next 15 minutes and they said no problem. They could of mentioned to me over the phone that they don’t accept credit card tips because then I could of stopped at my bank and pulled cash out. So, if you decide to come here make sure to have enough to tip them.

I have been going to El Paseo nail bar for years now. They have tons of colors in regular nail polish, gel, and dip powder. You will definitely find the color you are looking for. Tom mainly does my nails but I have had others do my nails on the rare occasions when he is not available. They all do excellent work! Definitely make an appt because they do get busy and can’t always take you the same day you call.

Critical: ProfessionalismI would not go there if I were you. I live in OC and I will be staying here for the season so I went there for a gel manicure. I even called in advance to schedule an appointment for me and friend. Once we entered they immedietly started bossy-ing us around!!! This lady came and asked if I will be taking off my acrylic I told her my nails are real.. and she grabbed my hands so fast and strong and twisted my nails to check.. I just happen to have healthy long nails so she could not believe they are real but did it so rudely, after that they sat me down and literary screamed at my friend to sit first and then choose a color and that ”she can do it her table” but their tone was so weird. They sat her at the end of the salon like 10 tables away from me when I called to make an apt together…after i told them that they said ”no i dont have a set up here” .. their set up is literary a nail polish and a machine.. i asked them again to sit us together and that i called about that and he literary said NO 😀 i was in shock about that tone and also sitting us apart… I made him take off my dip and left.. and so did my friend. we walked over to Pretty nails which is a 2 min walk and did our nails there. they did a great job and great customer service. the person helping us at the nail bar was a guy and he was so rude. After seeing my coworkers nails I had to ask who did them and where she went! Becky is who I asked to go see, and I don’t regret it she took good care of my nails for me! I would definitely recommend her! She just did a fill in and my acrylic nails looked soooo real! Love love love coming here and I was super happy with the out come also the prices are super decent, for the quality I thought they would up charge but they didn’t! Defiantly coming back, and ask for Becky!

I went here because of the good reviews I found online. I had a gel manicure and I was actually content when I first saw my nails, I was so disappointed because after almost 2 weeks, 3 of my nails cracked. I went back to the salon, asked the guy that was there why this happened because it never happened to me before. He treated me so bad, he looked at me like I was stupid and he told me that it’s my fault that the nails cracked. I tried to explain to him that I would’ve known if it would’ve been my fault, and that they are clearly using bad materials to do the nails. He said that he is only going to fix them if I admit that it is my fault. I was surprised then I said ok because there was no point in arguing with him over this. He only fixed 2 of my nails, pretended that he forgot that I got 3 nails cracked, he tried to make me feel bad for not getting a refill instead of fixing the cracked nails then he used acrylic when I specifically asked for gel because acrylic is more toxic for the nails and he asked me to let him do his job if I don’t know how to do nails, treating me horribly superior again. The worst part is that one of the nails he fixed, cracked again the same day. For your own good, avoid this place.

First and LAST time here. I came in for a gel manicure and was greeted by a sweet lady who unfortunately did not understand English too well and cut my nail square when I requested almond. I came here based on the yelp reviews and the only 5 star rating I would give is the aesthetics of the salon. The next girl who agreed to take over my nails was BEYOND RUDE. I believe her name was Becky. She was not friendly and was promptly telling me which color I preferred and rolled her eyes in one instance. Terrible customer service.

I was really looking forward to trying out this new and pretty salon. I walked in and received absolutely zero greeting. I stood at the counter, several technicians looked at me, looked me up and down and then ignored me. I waited for a good 3 min or so and then walked out. They lost a good customer. I get extras, tip well and come back almost weekly for color changes. One place I WON’T be going is this salon to spend my money. Common courtesy goes a long way and from the other reviews, it seems I am not the only person that was brushed off.
