Critical: Quality, ValueSo I thought I would try a new place but was VERY !!!! unsatisfied Frank completely messed my hair up I went in with my blonde hair and needed a root touch up and ended up with this .He tried to fix it and dyed it brown and that didn’t even make it it right !!! I was going to pay him for his time at least I asked what I owed him in tears and had the nerve to tell me $120 I refused then he dropped $20 off .
