I’ve been coming to Jeff more than a decade! I always feel younger, prettier and happier when I get a cut from him! He is the most amazing stylist in this world. Even when I travel to Asia and have top stylist cut my hair, it’s not as good as how Jeff does mine hair! He is the world best and I’m not being dramatic or exaggerated. I hope my reviews don’t make him too busy. I always have to wait a month or two to get an appointment. I hope he stays around always!

I never allowed myself to write a review for privacy reasons, but this is ultimately the BEST and only Hair Salon I only go to. I have been going to 보라 and 재은 for 12 years and now with their new business open. I am proudly to say that I’m now one of the original customers this year with eL Hair Salon. Anytime I need a haircut they are the ones I go to all the time whenever I need it. I don’t go to any other places except this.

I called and they booked me 2 months later, and then there was some message from them to book, but I even didn’t try to book because first impression to them was hard to schedule. But one day I called and asked the availability and they made a book the next day because there is canceled appointment so I got a spot. The next day as I go to the appointment, they called me 5 min before appointment to tell me it is double booked. My appointment was for touch up and treatment, it can be squeezed in, but they suggested to do it another day. It was so rude and irresponsible. What I felt was she cannot do me, I would never go back there. That is how she treat her customer depends on the services.
