The young lady who did my hair in twists only took two and a half hours, she was professional and she was nice. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI called Ms. Ruth early on a holiday morning and she actually answered my call!!!! Not only that but she was also able to get me in the same day. I provided a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that! More than anything… she was friendly and so were the other young women in the salon!!! Its hard to find that today as most people act as if they are doing you a favor but not Ms. Ruth! And of course the cherry on top was that she is a Christian – YES so money stayed in the Kingdom! Amazing service and very good quality and definitely worth the price! I called Ms. Ruth early on a holiday morning and she actually answered my call!!!! Not only that but she was also able to get me in the same day. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI cancelled an appointment with another lady because she offered me an earliest time …she told me 4-5 hrs. I was there at 8 and didn’t leave until 3. I had to call into work cause she was still not half way done when I had to be at work. No, I didn’t mention I had to work because she gave me the specific time that it took ..and i believed her & according to her time..i would’ve been out in time for work. I would not recommend or return. I cancelled an appointment with another lady because she offered me an earliest time …she told me 4-5 hrs. I was there at 8 and didn’t leave until 3. I had to call into work cause she was still not half way done when I had to be at work.
