Critical: QualityI wanted to change my hair color. They charged me $130 for bleaching and color. It was a dark burgundy almost purple. They rushed to get my hair done because they ordered food and ate infront of me (didn’t even offer me a glass of water which was rude) my hair looked OK when I left but once I washed it a couple days later I realized they didn’t wash the bleaching product off right so my hair was like a old mop and the color came off in one wash. Mind you, it was a bright red knowing I asked for something very different. Very bad service, I would have done a better job. They have cockroaches walking around on the walls too.
